1. Introduction

Welcome to Biscotti by the Bunch LLC   By placing an order through our website, email or phone, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed by customers, and we ask that you read them carefully before ordering.

2. Products

All products are made in a licensed home kitchen that may process allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering. While we strive to ensure the highest quality, variations in appearance and taste may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

3. Ordering

  • Orders can be placed via our website, email, or phone.

  • All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse any order.

  • Orders must be placed 3 days in advance for standard products and 1 week for custom orders.

  • A minimum order amount may apply depending on the type of product.

4. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments through Credit Card, Cash, Check, or Venmo

  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

5. Delivery and Pickup

  • We offer delivery within 10 miles for an additional fee of $10.00

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • Alternatively, orders can be picked up from our home bakery at an agreed-upon time.

  • Once an order is handed over or delivered, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.    

 

​6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made [X days] before the pickup or delivery date to receive a full refund.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than [X days] before the agreed date.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • In the unlikely event of an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements

  • While we take care to accommodate dietary restrictions where possible, our kitchen is not allergen-free.

  • Customers must inform us of any allergies at the time of placing the order. We will not be liable for any allergic reactions.

 

8. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are subject to availability and may require a longer lead time.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all custom orders.

  • Changes to custom orders must be made at least 14 days before the event date. Additional fees may apply.

 

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the consumption of our products.

  • All products are sold “as-is” without any guarantees, and we do not make any claims regarding the suitability of our products for specific health conditions.

 

10. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and will never share or sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Your contact and payment information will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer service.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future orders.
